We’re looking for a
Business Development Manager
who thrives on building new client partnerships, driving revenue, and making a difference in their community. This role is perfect for someone who’s energized by connecting with people, solving workforce challenges, and celebrating big wins with their team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hitting the pavement — cold calling, door knocking, and making meaningful connections
Building a strategic prospect pipeline across industries
Partnering with branch teams to deliver stellar service and solutions
Representing Ōnin in the community through outreach and networking
What Makes You a Great Fit
1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience
Killer communication skills — both written and verbal
Industry knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a big plus
Relationship-first mindset with serious hustle and heart
