As a Digital Merchandising Manager, you will drive impactful merchandising strategies to enhance product discovery and improve customer journeys on Uline.com. Responsibilities: Oversee product merchandising on Uline.com including improving website features, optimizing search and driving product discovery. Review product pages to ensure they are consistent in supporting merchandising strategies. Analyze customer buying behavior to improve related item recommendations. Educate Merchandising product teams in understanding online product performance. Collaborate with other departments including Creative, Internet and Paid Search on cohesive online campaigns. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics or economics 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or eCommerce with a passion for business or marketing analytics Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail Preferred: Knowledge of Google Analytics Knowledge of Google Tag Manager Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Company: Uline, founded in 1980 and headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, USA, employs 5001-10000 people.
