As the Document Control Coordinator, you will contribute to a results-oriented and high-performance team. The department is responsible for maintaining original contracts, titles, and title applications for all of DriveTime and Carvana. In detail, your responsibilities will include: Verifying and servicing titles, distributing documents to the correct departments, and returning documents to customers or vendors upon loan completion. Collaborating with internal departments to meet their document processing needs. Ensuring compliance with loan securing guidelines. Managing the flow of documents efficiently between points. Reviewing and updating account information related to documents sent and received. Maintaining storage of documents on-site and off-site. Handling mailing and shipping of documents and materials. Working with multiple databases. Handling incoming and making outbound calls to customers and vendors. Maintaining relationships with DriveTime dealerships. Researching state and county guidelines for title inquiries. Performing other related duties as assigned. What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For?

High School Diploma or GED required. Availability to work onsite weekdays from 7am-4pm at our East Mesa Operations Center. At least 1 year of professional experience in administrative, data entry, customer service, sales, retail, or financial services; titles experience preferred. Perks and Benefits
