Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Project Coordinator to their team in the Orlando, FL Metro Region.
Job Summary Support the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the process.
Essential Functions
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document and distribute meeting notes
Track deliverables and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and files
Support resource allocation and utilization tracking
Identify and elevate project issues or risks to the project manager
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project status updates
Competencies & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Education & Experience
3+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Proven data entry experience with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in updating project management systems
Demonstrated administrative support experience, including calendar management, documenting meeting notes, and assisting leadership with task tracking and scheduling, especially related to project or system migrations
Preferred experience in the insurance, financial services, or technology industries
Pay $50,000–$65,000 per year (Pay Transparency Range: $50,000–$65,000 USD)
