The Dietary Shift Leader ensures that residents’ meals are plated and available on a timely basis that is correct according to their dietary restrictions. Supervise the daily operation of tray service, dish room, pot and pan room and the employee dining room for dinner service. Responsibilities
Ensure meals are plated and served accurately according to dietary restrictions and on time. Supervise the daily operation of tray service, dish room, pot and pan room, and the employee dining room for dinner service. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; one year in the food service industry in long-term care preferred. One year in a supervisory capacity preferred, or any combination of education and experience demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. ServSafe certification preferred. A drug screen and criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
