Client Engagement: Cultivate and expand your network within established markets Products and Services Consultation: Educate clients on a diverse range of financial products and services, tailoring solutions to meet their needs Client Service and Implementation: Analyze and organize client data, maintain confidentiality, and prepare/implement appropriate products and services Work-Life Balance: Maintain a flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time Location: Work outside the office in local schools and municipalities Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 Personal Attributes: Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others’ lives Collaboration: Ability to work with and learn from top performers Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States Training & Development
FINRA Sponsorship: Provided for required licensing Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): Comprehensive 120-day hands-on training Virtual University: Access to Equitable Advisors’ Virtual University for ongoing learning Mentorship: Opportunities for joint work and mentorship Personalized Coaching: Guidance from a local Vice President to support your success Leadership Development: Access to Leadership Development School for management aspiration Professional Growth: Encouragement to pursue designations such as CFP®, ChFC, and Equitable Advisors’ Holistic Financial Coach program Sign-On Payment: Based on time to complete FINRA licenses and enter PEP Base Salary: Annual salary for eligible financial professionals Commissions and Bonus: Eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to salary Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance, and transportation reimbursement (TRIP), subject to program terms Our Culture and Community Impact
