Job Summary Floor Technician (Full Time)

at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: Memorial Hermann Southwest, 7600 Beechnut, Houston, TX 77074.

Fixed Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.

Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.

Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.

Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.

Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.

Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.

Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.

Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.

Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
