Overview
Are you ready to lead high-tech manufacturing operations to new heights?
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to direct and manage 24/7 manufacturing operations, ensuring excellence in safety, compliance, quality, and production. This role is based in the Southeast U.S. All candidates must be open to relocation.
Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Area Managers in a cutting-edge production environment.
Integrate Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance functions seamlessly.
Drive continuous improvement and global alignment initiatives.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team competencies.
Serve as a key advisor on manufacturing-related issues.
Control operational spending and manage cost efficiencies.
Foster a "safety-first" culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead teams to achieve operational KPIs and maintain ISO standards.
Utilize 5S methodology to uphold high housekeeping standards.
Collaborate with global teams to overcome process challenges.
Engage and motivate associates, promoting personal responsibility and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in assembly operations, lamination systems, or similar high-tech areas preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in lean manufacturing, TOC, and kaizen methodologies.
Fluency in English is required.
Travel Minimal travel required (0-10%). Training at other locations may be necessary during plant start-up.
