We are seeking a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented

Senior Business Development/Sales Executive

to accelerate revenue growth and expand our footprint in the vacation rental industry. This role is focused on building

strategic partnerships, driving high-value sales, and securing new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on client acquisition, contract negotiation, and long-term relationship management . The ideal candidate brings proven sales expertise, deep industry knowledge, and the energy to consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with firm leadership, industry teams, and marketing to shape tailored value propositions.

Leverage networks and industry groups to build a robust pipeline of new leads.

Lead the sales cycle from start to finish—from prospecting and proposal development to successful closing.

Identify, pursue, and close high-value partnerships and client accounts within the vacation rental industry.

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive consistent revenue growth and market expansion.

Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.

Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align sales goals with overall business strategy.

Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, with at least 3 in a senior or leadership capacity.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and closing high-value deals.

Strong understanding of the vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industries.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business goals.

Compensation:

Base salary starting at $100,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus and incentives, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $200,000 and no cap on additional earnings.
