business process improvements . Independently manage projects under the PMO. Work with internal staff,
vendors , and external agencies like: OAG (Office of Attorney General) Provide input to the PMO Director on operations, staffing, contracts, and escalations. Required Skills/Experience These are
non-negotiable requirements
— the candidate must have
10+ years
in each area: Skill Experience Required Agile and Waterfall development methodologies -10 years Senior-level PM practices and PM Life Cycle (PMLC) 10 years Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 10 years Experience with successfully leading project teams through implementations, including at least one successfully led project of $1M or higher.10 years PMP Certification
Active & valid Vendor Management & Contract Oversight 5+ years preferred Advance Planning Document (APD) process (for CMS funding)5+ years preferred MS Project (scheduling, reporting, integration) 10+ years preferred Medicaid / Health Claims Processing Systems 5+ years preferred Mention if applicable Seniority level
