Base pay range

What We Offer Competitive base salary ($2,500/month) plus performance bonuses & commission Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid training programs (online and in-store) Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Career growth and advancement opportunities in a large, successful dealership group A fun, team-oriented, and supportive work environment Responsibilities Build relationships with customers and guide them through the car buying process Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs Stay up-to-date on Mazda and Kia product knowledge, features, and technology Perform professional test drives and product demonstrations Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude every day Qualifications Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or related fields preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a positive, energetic personality Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen Why Mazda & Kia of Fargo?
