Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Position Summary As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

Responsibilities

Be a Team Leader – supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.

Communicate the goals of the department, set guidelines and expectations for tire and battery service, execute company programs, adhere to policies and advocate for the member, associate, and the company.

Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of business on the floor, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire and pressure monitoring systems, tire recalls, product specifications and seasonality.

Share knowledge and train the team; ensure the team possesses knowledge of new products and technologies.

Leverage learning resources and attend training conferences to drive continuous improvement.

Use digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.

Adopt new tools and encourage others to use them.

Drive business results, ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area.

Plan orders for equipment, tools and supplies, monitor expense controls, track returns and special orders.

Assist in staffing and scheduling, operate cash registers, process transactions, and work hands‑on in the physical area to support member service.

Maintain accurate inventory, audit safety compliance standards, complete paperwork, logs and other required documentation.

Train and mentor the team; monitor e‑learning and training completion.

Identify potential in others, develop necessary skill set, encourage career growth, and source new talent internally and externally.

Communicate and implement processes and practices; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners.

Maintain and promote Integrity; support ethical policies; assist management with correcting compliance issues.

Use resources and tools to determine customer needs, coordinate assignments, provide advice, feedback and support.

Minimum Qualifications

6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry.

Age 18 years of age or older.

Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience in the tire industry.

Tire industry certification – certificate.
