Minimum of 5 years experience in construction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
