Aircraft Fuel Cell Technicians (Class A)

in

Wilmington, Ohio . This hands-on role is ideal for skilled aircraft maintenance professionals who take pride in their work, thrive in confined-space environments, and want to support a team known for its precision, safety, and reliability.

Position Summary This technical position requires a minimum of four years of aircraft maintenance experience. You will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of fuel tank and structural maintenance tasks with limited supervision across multiple airframes. This role reports directly to the Facility Supervisor and/or Facility Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals and customer requirements

Perform troubleshooting and repairs across multiple airframes and system types

Sign off completed or partially completed maintenance performed, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete

Perform maintenance operations in the correct sequence to allow for orderly and timely inspections

Ensure all maintenance activities meet applicable maintenance data, FAA regulations, and safety standards

Verify that test equipment and tools used for airworthiness determinations are properly calibrated, labeled, and current

Request and track parts and materials required for assigned work

Accurately record maintenance performed on appropriate records and complete all required paperwork

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Remain knowledgeable of applicable FAR Part 145 and 43 requirements

Review and comply with all policies outlined in the company Repair Station Manual and Quality Control Manual

Record work hours accurately for assigned tasks

Immediately report any unsafe practices, inefficiencies, or potential unairworthy conditions to supervision

Adapt to flexible schedules and work comfortably in small, confined spaces as needed

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities across multiple airframes and fuel system types

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Commitment to quality, safety, and procedural compliance

Required Experience

Minimum of 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience

Additional Information This position is not responsible for management, supervisory, or inspection duties and does not include authorization to sign maintenance releases for return to service. Therefore, certification under

14 CFR Part 65

is not required, and this role will not appear on the Management, Supervisor, or Inspector roster.
