Compensation:
$61,000 - $75,000 annually
Benefits
Eligible for wage increases twice annually
3 weeks of paid vacation in year one and 4 weeks of paid vacation in year two
8 paid Holidays
Health benefits start the first of the month following start date

Operations Supervisor
for
Servers, Networks, and Enterprise Hardware , you'll lead a talented team responsible for the performance, reliability, and lifecycle of Dynamic's data center and IT infrastructure systems.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach a high‑performing operations team focused on servers, networking, and enterprise hardware.
Oversee data center operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and compliance standards are met.
Collaborate across Technology, Security, and Facilities teams to optimize systems and workflows.
Translate technical insights into business impact, aligning infrastructure priorities with organizational goals.
Drive accountability for preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and incident response readiness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and proactive communication.
Empower smart technical professionals by removing barriers and championing operational excellence.
What You Bring (Briefcase) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Working knowledge of servers, networking, and enterprise hardware concepts.
Proven success leading or mentoring teams that manage data center or enterprise-scale technology environments.
Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or technology-driven organizations.
Skills & Strengths (Head)
Broad understanding of IT systems—enough to ask sharp questions, understand tradeoffs, and make smart decisions.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with the ability to align technical work to strategic goals.
Skilled at balancing performance, cost, and security in operational decisions.
Able to navigate both technical and non-technical conversations with clarity and confidence.
Comfortable managing projects, prioritizing competing needs, and ensuring follow-through.
