Responsibilities
Our Retail Specialist will provide guests with the highest quality customer service. Responsibilities include retail sales and reception duties, greeting guests, attending to their needs, arranging appointments, selling and suggesting products, and processing payments for services and product sales. You will be assigned to the CR Shops. The role requires being a self-starter with a positive attitude and a sense of ownership and teamwork. You will monitor sales performance and review selling reports to generate business-driving insights in partnership with the Senior Director of Retail. This role will assist with placing new orders and reorders for the Vegas retail location. Throughout a typical day, you will take payments for retail products in CR Shops, adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, and help maintain a clean and well-stocked retail area, including inventory counts. Qualifications
Requirements include: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ retail sales experience in a high-end retail outlet or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience demonstrating ability to perform duties Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience with basic computer skills Preferred typing speed of 30 w.p.m. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive or confrontational situations Self-motivated, creative, and able to develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management and staff Strong judgment, ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail Seniority level
