Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. Prior experience in the food service industry. Compensation
$12 - $16 hourly
