Residential Coordinator (Everett) – Service Alternatives
Base pay range $22.95/hr - $23.95/hr
Job Summary The Residential Coordinator is an entry level leadership position, responsible for providing assistance and support to clients to live meaningful lives in their communities. You will help clients learn and grow with an outcome of assisting individuals to reach their fullest potential of independence.
Responsibilities
Assisting with schedule writing, quality assurance, cleaning, and attending medical appointments.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
Be at least 18 or older
Current NAR
Current 75‑hour certification (Long‑Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
At least one year experience working in a residential setting with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
Licensing and Certifications
Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
CNA/HCA/NAC or at least 5 years of experience
