Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Paralegal specializing in Estate Planning and Probate. The role involves assisting attorneys in drafting and organizing legal documents, conducting thorough research, and managing case files. Day-to-day tasks include preparing wills, trusts, and other estate-related documents, performing document review, facilitating client communications, and ensuring compliance with applicable probate laws. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless legal operations and effective client support.
Qualifications
3-5
years experience in litigation, estate planning & probate law
Fluent in
both English and Spanish
Experience using
Clio Legal Software
Expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation
Strong Communication and Client Interaction skills
Proficiency in Research and Document Review processes
Detail-oriented and well-organized approach to managing legal files and deadlines
Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic legal environment
Paralegal certification or a degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a related field is preferred
Pay range
$45,000-$55,000
depending on experience
