Basic Functions:
Retain and grow relationships with Key Accounts in the Insurance Agents and Brokers Vertical.
Recruit Key Partnered Insurance Agent and Broker Accounts.
Onboard and train key partnered relationships the Paul Davis way.
Represent Paul Davis at chambers and associations, actively participating in committees.
Coordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate and develop win/win relationships.
Make face-to-face visits on an 8-week rotation with agents.
Support the Relationship Development Team.
Schedule, invite, and facilitate Continuing Education courses for insurance professionals.
Communicate ongoing projects to key accounts.
Take on additional responsibilities over time based on initiative and performance.
Note: The role is evolving; functions may be added or removed over time.
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in marketing or entrepreneurship.
Experience in marketing and customer service.
Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Dependable transportation and a smartphone.
Appropriate attire and a fun, outgoing personality.

Overall Primary Duties:
Retain key accounts and generate new revenue.
Collaborate with the Relationship Development Team for a positive client experience.
Expand existing accounts based on past sales.
Set proper expectations with insurance partners.
Recruit new key accounts aligned with Paul Davis principles.
Build and execute mutually beneficial business relationships.
Teach, train, and onboard new and existing accounts.
Promote the Paul Davis brand through involvement in associations and boards.
Manage RMS and Salesforce software.
Develop and follow sales budgets annually and monthly.
Secondary Duties:
Maintain a strong field presence while managing administrative tasks.
Participate in relationship development events.
Handle complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide feedback from the field to the team.
Build community relationships and promote the brand.
Schedule and manage Continuing Education courses.
Apply priority management principles for scheduling.
Attend company events, team meetings, and share calendars with supervisors.
Adhere to company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
High-Level Responsibilities:

Hours:
Full-time position with some evening activities.
Travel within a couple of hours radius as needed.
