Reporting directly to Brandon, our Director of Operations, you’ll work in a collaborative, casual, and family-oriented environment. The role will focus on
purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination
to keep our operations running efficiently and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing activities for materials needed in flooring, cabinet, and installation projects. Enter completed sales tickets into our ERP system (
RFMS
). Generate and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Receive, cost, and reconcile materials against purchase orders. Maintain accurate inventory levels to support ongoing projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with established suppliers. Monitor market trends to ensure
pricing competitiveness
and cost efficiency. Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure material availability. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
purchasing, procurement, or inventory management
(construction or building materials industry preferred). Proficiency with
ERP systems
(experience with RFMS is a plus). Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with suppliers and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Why Join Us?
