This role supports our Oregon and SW Washington markets and offers uncapped earning potential. Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $35.00/hr (as provided by the company). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What’s in it for you
Strong Base Pay + Incentives: Start at $22/hour, with an increase to $23/hour after 90 days. Uncapped bonuses; top performers earn $80,000-$90,000 annually. Territory Activation: Connect with homeowners to introduce our home improvement solutions. Set High-Quality Appointments: Schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants. Promote Products: Explain how our solutions improve comfort, efficiency, and beauty. Data Entry: Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device. Team Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through. Qualifications
Experience: Two or more years in a customer-facing or sales-related role; canvassing or lead generation strongly preferred. Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel (mileage reimbursed; lodging provided when needed). Work Ethic and Autonomy: Accountable, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving with a high degree of independence. Communication: Confident, personable, and persuasive. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements
Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods. Mobility: Comfortable with local travel and working in various outdoor environments.
