Interventional Pain Management Physician – Lorton, VA We are seeking a fellowship trained Interventional Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Anesthesiologist Physician to join our established clinic located in Lorton and Fredericksburg, VA. The ideal candidate is compassionate, results driven, and dedicated to providing individualized pain care in a state‑of‑the‑art environment with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, vascular, and post‑surgical pain conditions.

Perform interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, trigger point injections, facet injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator trials, and peripheral nerve blocks.

Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate physical therapy, behavioral therapy, and interventional procedures.

Collaborate closely with referring physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or a related specialty.

Fellowship training in Pain Medicine required.

Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine.

Medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Virginia.

DEA license and controlled substance registration.

Schedule

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Salary and Compensation

$300,000–$350,000 base salary plus productivity bonuses.

Incentive bonus plan based on productivity.
