Floater Teacher – Early Childhood (Ages 6 Weeks to 5 Years) Location:
104 Professional Park Rd, Columbia, SC Schedule:
Must be available between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible shifts) Compensation:
Pay based on experience

Floater Teacher
to support classrooms across our center—from infants to preschoolers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist lead and assistant teachers in classrooms serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
Support daily routines including play, meals, diapering/toileting, and transitions
Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care
Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for all children
Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families
Qualifications
Experience working with young children across multiple age groups is required
Education in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
Flexibility to work varied shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Ability to adapt quickly and support different teaching styles and classroom needs
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
