Schedule/advertise and host NSE Information Sessions, represent NSE by tabling at campus events and in high-traffic areas on campus. Coordinate Public Relations and Outreach work for NSE. Conduct classroom visits for NSE; facilitate initial NSE advising appointments. Assist with Experience UGA trip implementation; organize Experience UGA post-trip materials. Volunteer recruitment; design flyers and marketing materials; manage Experience UGA social media accounts. Additional tasks may include clerical work, updating websites, answering phones, and delivering time-sensitive documents to campus or community partners. Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Excellent written and oral communication. Social media ability. Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and community partners; ability to work independently on complex tasks. Coordinating and marketing events; designing marketing materials. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office Suite Software. Physical Demands
