Job Overview At Treasure Island Hotel & Casino, the receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional front‑desk service, ensuring guests receive AAA 4‑Diamond level support during check‑in, check‑out, and throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests to the property and provide AAA 4‑Diamond service.
Check guests in and out of the hotel.
Settle guest accounts, bills, and collect correct payment methods.
Answer basic property questions and provide information about rooms, restaurants, and entertainment.
Answer multi‑line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary.
Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Experience using keyboards, phones, and basic office equipment including a fax machine, copier, and printer is preferred.
1‑2 years’ front‑desk experience preferred.
1‑2 years’ customer service experience preferred.
Lodging Management System (LMS) experience preferred.
Experience in handling cash, credit cards, and traveler’s checks preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
