Part Time The Opportunity: At The Joint, our mission is to improve the quality of life through routine and affordable Chiropractic care. We are positively changing Chiropractic care nationwide. Our primary focus is on providing patients with a pathway towards better health through ongoing Chiropractic maintenance and preventative care. We are seeking part-time Wellness Coordinators (Sales) to work in our busy chiropractic clinic. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, making them feel welcome and comfortable. You will be responsible for selling various plans and packages to new patients, helping them continue their chiropractic care at affordable rates. Additionally, maintaining accurate patient records, understanding our computer systems, and keeping a clean and organized workspace are essential for success. Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and build relationships Educate patients on wellness offerings and services Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories Use sales skills to offer and convert patients to suitable Wellness Plans or Visit Packages based on the doctor's recommendations Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and ensure patient accounts are accurate Assist patients with paperwork Participate in marketing and sales efforts to attract new patients Manage daily clinic operations, including cleanliness and inventory Organize patient flow through the clinic Follow all Standard Operating Procedures of The Joint Chiropractic Provide excellent customer service Maintain professionalism and decorum at all times Contribute positively to the workplace culture Manage clinic phone calls Qualifications: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a high-paced retail environment High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred Cheerful and positive attitude Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, scanners, fax, and phones Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to stand and sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Dedication to providing high-quality service Professional appearance and attire Confidence in presenting and selling memberships and packages Willingness to learn and grow; office management or marketing experience is a plus ***Please do not visit or contact our clinics regarding these opportunities.*** This position is posted on behalf of Fenton Chiropractic of California, which provides chiropractic services as The Joint Chiropractic clinics.
