DOE per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement complex estate plans tailored to clients' specific needs. Provide expert advice on estate and gift taxation to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance. Manage estate and trust administration processes efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Offer consultative services to charitable organizations and foundations, optimizing their financial and legal frameworks. Collaborate with corporate fiduciaries, including banks and trust companies, to streamline estate management solutions. Mentor and guide junior staff within the practice group, enhancing their professional development. Engage actively in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and market presence in estate planning and related areas. Minimum Position Qualifications: Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Member of the Florida Bar, with good standing. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, taxation, and trust administration. Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal and tax matters. Proven track record of high responsibility and adherence to ethical standards. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning. Over 10 years of specialized experience in estates and trusts. Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals and large institutional clients. Expertise in international estate planning. Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring legal staff. Active participation in relevant professional associations. Skills: Expert level of legal analysis and problem-solving. Strong negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
