Average compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000; top performers can earn up to $160,000+ per year. Compensation includes

Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments. Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self‑motivation, passion for the mission. Flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, occasional holidays.
