Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Faculty Position in Department of Population Health Sciences

The Department of Population Health Sciences at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM), Cornell University in New York City (NYC) is actively recruiting a tenure-track faculty member (Assistant Professor rank) in the Division of Health Informatics and Artificial Intelligence. Areas of research expertise and training include:
Human factors, computer-human interactions and visualization techniques on AI for biomedicine.
Interpretability, explainability and actionability of biomedical AI models.
Clinical decision support and implementation science for clinical AI.
The successful applicant will have a Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent in health informatics, biomedical informatics, computer science, information science or a related field. The applicant will have a record of significant research accomplishments, including developing and sustaining extramural funding, and will demonstrate a strong ability to mentor students and post-doctoral researchers. The successful candidate will also have experience in curriculum development, teaching, and scholarship activities in health informatics and AI.
