Fulfillment Coordinator Shift: Monday -Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay: $19/hr Location: Phoenix 85027

The Fulfillment Coordinator performs the physical or administrative tasks involved with the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. The role also coordinates activities across vendors, purchasing, and business partner teams. In addition, the role performs the administrative function of data processing, exception processing, and reporting. The role interfaces with clients via phone and email.

The role also may have secondary responsibilities for violations processing, data entry, quality assurance, and exception/expedite handling.

Essential Responsibilities: Receiving Verifies packing list is accurate to contents and advises lead & supervisor of any discrepancies. Receives material against system generated purchase orders & stocks all material within 24 hours of receipt (includes sorting, counting, packing, labeling). Distribute non-inventory packages as required Shipping

Prepares and packs material for Customer shipments. Responsible for Quality Assurance of shipment contents. Responds quickly to urgent, customer facing issues. Assists in the loading and unloading of trucks Support Timely and Accurate fulfillment and shipment of maintenance work orders. Prepares shipments for ‘RTV’ Return to Vendor or RMA Other duties as assigned Inventory Control Follows and supports initiatives to improve and ensure inventory accuracy throughout Assist with daily cycle inventory counts and reconciliation to validate inventory accuracy. Support Production with timely and accurate material requests. Responsible for all asset movement and returns/RMA material Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Knowledge of general warehouse, shipping and receiving best practices (includes international shipments), inventory management practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong multi-tasking skills. Basic computer skills. Variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day Repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelve Regular lifting of up to 20lbs and occasional lifting of 30-40lb Usage of reach truck and pallet jacks.
