Paralegal
to support attorneys across Orlando and Tampa.
What You’ll Do
Draft and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery.
Conduct legal research using PACER, Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
Prepare trial exhibits, deposition summaries, and case notebooks.
Manage court calendars and deadlines across state and federal jurisdictions.
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and experts to move cases forward efficiently.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of litigation experience; bankruptcy/creditors’ rights preferred.
Familiarity with civil procedure, e‑filing systems, and legal tech tools.
Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
