gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a respected Phoenix law firm to identify a seasoned Bankruptcy Paralegal with deep experience in commercial bankruptcy matters. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for a professional ready to step into a lead role and work alongside a team of experienced bankruptcy attorneys.
Position Highlights This firm is well known for its complex bankruptcy and restructuring practice representing debtors, creditors, committees, and trustees in both state and federal court. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running in a high-volume, high-quality practice.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, file, and manage filings and related pleadings in federal bankruptcy court
Prepare proofs of claim, motions, notices, and stipulations
Coordinate hearings and manage court dockets and calendars
Perform detailed docket research and PACER monitoring
Review and summarize large volumes of financial documentation and discovery
Work directly with attorneys on case strategy and workflow management
Requirements
10+ years of commercial bankruptcy experience
Mastery of ECF, Best Case, and federal / local rules of bankruptcy procedure
Exceptional drafting, organizational, and communication skills
Strong understanding of Arizona bankruptcy courts and related deadlines
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment
Must be available to work on-site in Phoenix
