We are a dynamic and growing practice seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our Brooklyn office. While the primary focus of this position is real estate transactions, candidates with matrimonial/family law experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as cross-departmental support will be needed. Administrative Responsibilities Assist attorneys with residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. Draft and review real estate documents including contracts of sale, deeds, transfer documents, closing statements, and title/survey reviews. Coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel. Manage due diligence processes and monitor contract timelines. Order and review title reports, coordinate clearance of title issues. Organize and manage closing binders and post-closing documentation. Maintain internal case files and document management systems. Perform e-filings and handle court submissions as needed (state and federal). Communicate directly with clients, lenders, and third parties in a professional manner. Maintain and manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and track critical dates. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Minimum 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant. Experience in matrimonial or family law is a strong plus. Familiarity with NY real estate practice and court procedures. Strong drafting and document management skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and legal practice tools (Westlaw). Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
