Renewal by Andersen seeks an accomplished, driven, and collaborative
Direct Marketing Associate
to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining our team?
This position offers
uncapped commission
plus base pay. Successful candidates are expected to
earn over $80,000-90,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year.
The starting
base pay is $20 per hour , depending on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter can provide specific details during the hiring process.
Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It includes recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role offers a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
Transport to and work independently in assigned territories, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
Maintain professionalism, neatness, proper uniform, and municipal permits.
Attend required company meetings.
Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.
Master company methodology, products, and promotional offers.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Minimum age of 21 for insurance coverage.
Reliable transportation.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily.
