Longterm Nanny

Franklin Lakes family seeking a long-term Nanny for G2 and G5.5. The position begins August 7th with working hours Monday–Friday, ~7AM-6PM. Responsibilities: •All daily care tasks related to the children •Preparing and feeding meals/snacks for both children (including packing school lunch) •Planning developmentally appropriate educational activities, classes, and play dates •Developmental milestone activities and tracking •Pick-up/drop-off of G5.5 at school/ extracurriculars •Child-related household tasks (children’s laundry, rotating out clothes by season/size, tidying common areas used by children) •Restocking children’s supplies (diapers, wipes, snacks, etc.) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7/7:30 AM–5/5:30 PM •Occasional flexibility appreciated Household Notes: •Parents work hybrid jobs (home offices available) •Family is new to the area and looking to build a strong, trusting relationship with their nanny •Nanny must be comfortable with Christian values (e.g., child may ask to pray before meals or reference Sunday School) •Driving is required; nanny must have own vehicle Ideal Candidate: •Kind, emotionally intelligent, communicative, and enthusiastic •Experienced with both toddler and elementary-aged development •Comfortable with open communication and collaboration •Not easily flustered by setbacks or transitions •Able to create a warm, engaging environment while maintaining consistency and structure •Comfortable with parents occasionally stepping in/out throughout the day •Familiar with Franklin lakes and the surrounding areas, plans outings and activities locally Compensation: •Pay commensurate with experience paid through Payroll •Industry-standard benefits, including paid vacation, sick days, and holidays •Mileage reimbursement for work-related driving Requirements: •3+ years of toddler and early childhood nanny experience •Eligible to work in the U.S. •Safe and Reliable transportation •Clean criminal and driving background •Fluent in English •CPR/First Aid certified
