Overview
Our client, a boutique private equity firm specializing in multifamily investments, is seeking a Senior VP of Asset Management to join their growing team. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, and portfolio oversight. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing asset performance and driving investment returns across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. This is an extremely hands-on position, responsible for a portfolio of about 13 properties nationwide.
*This is a full-time in-office position based out of Juno Beach, FL*
Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and returns.
Monitor financial performance, including NOI, rent growth, and expense control.
Collaborate with 3rd party property management teams on leasing, marketing, and operational improvements.
Analyze budgets, capital expenditures, and investment performance.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
Regularly visit properties to ensure the execution of business plans.
Responsible for an Asset Management Analyst.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in multifamily asset management.
Experience with value-add/capex projects is required.
Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis skills.
Experience working with third-party property managers and leasing teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
