Full Time Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist At Legal Intake Professionals, we are seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join our growing team as Intake Specialists! Your role would be to establish the firm's relationship with potential clients by handling a high volume of incoming as outlined in training.
This is an in-office position. As a liaison between our personal injury law firm clients and their potential customers, you'll be the first point of contact for people often going through a difficult time, so empathy, accuracy, and communication skills are vital. Your professionalism, compassion, and patience will set the tone for every interaction. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction by focusing on the specific needs of our clients and their customers.
Our company serves a wide range of clients, so the ability to speak a second language, especially Spanish, is a requirement. Previous customer service experience is a bonus! We are committed to training the right candidate on all our systems and procedures.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have
Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar, and diction
A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
The ability to ask appropriate questionsThe ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
Accurate and fast typing skills
PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age
The ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English

English: $17/Hr
Spanish: $19/Hr
Shifts Offered
Full Time - 40 hours
Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3pm-12am
You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
You must be very punctual with great attendance.
Training starts on 11/27/25, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST, for two weeks: one week of classroom training and one week of Training Bay. Permanent schedule will go in effect Sunday, 11/30/25.
