This full‑time role is fully in‑office out of Willernie, MN. Hours: 8a – 4p; Monday – Friday. Compensation: $22 to $24/hr. Benefits: 15 days of personal paid time off plus 10 national paid holidays. Retirement plan available with employer match – 3%. Health insurance options can be discussed.
Summary This position provides administrative support to Wellspring Advisor Group. The role is critical to our member experience and requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor. The incumbent supports the daily operations of the practice, including answering the phones, greeting members, handling/distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Administrative Assistant reports to Nick Rasmussen of Wellspring Advisor Group.
Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Support the lead advisor with a variety of functions and tasks.
Interface with clients extensively to coordinate meetings, mailings, and other communications.
Answer and triage all incoming calls and messages appropriately.
Maintain client correspondence including mailing lists, card lists, compliance and marketing mailings.
Document client meetings and prefill applications, paying careful attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain adequate office supplies and professional appearance of the office areas.
Maintain the lead advisor’s calendar.
Update CRM systems as needed and maintain physical or electronic file systems.
Input checks received into the blotter and on client posting sheets.
Complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Position Qualifications
Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired.
Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions.
Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information.
Basic understanding of our products and services, and Thrivent Financial.

As part of Wellspring Advisors Groups’ recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate’s background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process. In addition, fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
