Front Desk Powerhouse
who thrives in a fast-paced setting, keeps plates spinning with a smile, and delivers five-star service at every touchpoint. Responsibilities
Own the first impression: Warmly greet patients, check them in, and set the tone for a great visit. Master the schedule: Answer phones, text/email professionally, book/reschedule appointments, and manage confirmations. Keep records pristine: Accurate data entry, document management, and basic EMR tasks. Support the revenue cycle: Collect payments, review balances, and handle patient financial conversations discreetly. Be communication central: Monitor and triage inboxes, texts, and faxes with urgency and polish. General admin wizardry: Light office upkeep, supply tracking, and lending a hand wherever the team needs it. Assist with processing new patients (patient focus). You Are
People-first: Warm, approachable, and naturally service-oriented. A multitasking maestro: You juggle competing priorities without dropping details. Clear & confident: Excellent verbal and written communication. Proactive: You anticipate needs and solve problems before they land. Detail-driven: Accuracy and organization are your defaults. Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Team-minded: You jump in, collaborate, and elevate those around you. Goal-oriented: You like friendly challenges, games, and rewards tied to targets. Receptive to feedback. Requirements
Full-time, in-office availability in South Amboy (no remote hours). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 2+ years in a front desk, customer service, medical/dental, hospitality, or admin role (preferred). Able to learn quickly from short trainings, written SOPs, and quick check-ins. Reliable, punctual, and professionally presentable. Pay, Hours & Perks
$24.00/hour with a performance review at 30 days. 35 hours/week (with potential for more). A supportive, fast-moving team that values growth, collaboration, and patient wellness. 50% toward health insurance. Complimentary chiropractic care. How To Apply
