Staffmark is hiring a Legal Receptionist who excels at creating outstanding first impressions! This role is perfect for someone friendly, professional, and highly organized— a true people person who can confidently guide potential clients from initial inquiry to paid consultation.

Pay: $17–$19 per hour

You’ll be the voice and face of the firm, ensuring every client interaction reflects professionalism, compassion, and trust.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, warmth, and empathy

Conduct detailed client intakes to identify case type and client needs

Explain the firm’s consultation process, attorney expertise, and value proposition

Convert inquiries into prepaid consultations using proven engagement techniques

Manage the attorney’s consultation calendar for seamless scheduling

Collect payments and provide confirmations or receipts

Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM and case management system

Greet walk-in clients courteously and professionally

Assist with administrative duties such as mail handling, scanning, and documentation

Qualifications

Prior experience in a law firm, call center, or sales-based reception role preferred

Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills

Empathetic, persuasive, and confident phone presence

Comfortable discussing fees and processing payments

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Experience with legal practice management or CRM software is a plus
