We’re rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles, and we’re hiring exceptional operators to help us scale it nationwide.

This Role We’re looking for a Founding Marketer to help Finch build the most recognizable brand in legal tech — one bold campaign, event, conference, and industry-shifting idea at a time. You’ll own how Finch shows up to the world: online, in person, and everywhere our customers pay attention. This isn’t a “run ads and make decks” kind of role. You’ll be expected launch projects that push boundaries, while remaining scrappy, and turn Finch into the company every law firm leader knows by name. Your scope will span brand, growth, and experience — from defining our narrative and designing scalable systems to running experiments that move markets. You’ll partner directly with the leadership team to turn attention into momentum, and momentum into measurable demand. It’s a role for someone who thrives on ambition, creativity, and ruthless execution.

You Will:

Turn audacious ideas into reality — the kinds of growth projects that make headlines, shape perception, and rock the world of legal.

Architect Finch’s presence at industry events — designing unforgettable experiences at 4–8 conferences or events monthly that drive pipeline, brand, and category authority.

Build and scale performance channels — from paid search to retargeting and experiments we haven’t even tried yet — with an obsession for ROI and repeatable systems.

Invent new playbooks — we’re not following what’s worked before; you’ll write what’s next for legal tech growth.

Create world‑class content engines — stories, case studies, and campaigns that turn Finch into the go‑to brand for innovation in legal.

Grow and own our social voice — build an online presence that’s bold, human, and impossible to ignore.

Collaborate across GTM — working closely with Sales and Product to align narrative, audience, and conversion around a unified mission: changing how law firms operate.

You Might Be a Fit if You:

Have 3–5+ years of marketing experience — ideally at a fast growing SaaS startup

Balance brand and demand. You can craft a category-defining narrative and drive measurable pipeline.

Are a creative powerhouse — no idea is too wild, no campaign too ambitious.

Love building from zero to one — systems, stories, and strategies that didn’t exist until you made them real.

Execute relentlessly. You move fast, iterate faster, and ship things that matter.

Thrive in ambiguity — you see chaos as raw material for clarity and opportunity.

Own the full funnel — from first impression to conversion and beyond.

Are comfortable being scrappy — small team, big ambition, huge impact.

Compensation $130,000 - $175,000 annual salary + generous equity
