Job Overview
We are seeking a
Product Marketing Manager
who will focus on product storytelling and sales/partner enablement. This role is critical in equipping LuxWall’s sales team and partners with the tools, resources, and messaging they need to drive adoption in the market. You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, R&D, and Sales, helping translate our innovative products and messaging into compelling stories, scalable marketing materials, and partner programs.
This is an onsite role located at our Ypsilanti HQ. Position Responsibilities
Sales Enablement:
Build and maintain a library of pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, data sheets, research papers, and competitive battlecards that help the sales team close deals. Partner Marketing:
Maintain partner marketing programs and develop co‑branded collateral, sales kits, and campaign/launch assets that empower our partners (glaziers, fabricators, OEMs, etc.) to market and sell LuxWall effectively. Product Key Messaging:
Own product messaging frameworks that align with multiple buyer needs across verticals (office, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc). GTM Support:
Support new product launches with sales enablement packages, messaging frameworks, and rollout plans for both internal teams and partners. Market Insights:
Provide competitive intelligence and feedback loops from sales and partners to inform product marketing strategy and priorities. Content Development:
Create tailored case studies, testimonials, and partner success stories that highlight the benefits of our products. Qualifications
5+ years in product marketing, sales enablement, or partner marketing, preferably in B2B technology, building materials (e.g., glass), commercial real estate, proptech, or climate tech. Demonstrated experience developing and executing sales collateral, enablement tools, and/or partner programs. Strong understanding of sales cycles and partner ecosystems. Excellent writing and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling business value. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe InDesign experience a plus. Highly collaborative: comfortable working across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Product and external partner organizations. Startup experience or ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities. A passion for sustainability and driving impact in the built environment.
