$90,000 - $120,000 Position Type:

Direct Hire, Hybrid (2 days onsite), Full-Time LHH is working with a large national law firm in seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Downtown Oakland. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in business litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and be well-versed in eDiscovery. The role involves managing all aspects of the litigation process, including filing procedures in both state and federal courts. Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial and appeal. Manage eDiscovery processes, including document review and production. Independently handle court filings and adhere to filing deadlines in both state and federal courts. Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information and documents. Maintain and organize case files and legal documents. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation. Paralegal certification preferred, or 10+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and processes. Strong understanding of state and federal court filing procedures. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
