Responsibilities & Qualifications
Draft, prepare, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with all court rules and deadlines.
Manage case files from inception through resolution, maintaining organized documentation and accurate litigation calendars.
Lead discovery and document management, including drafting responses, organizing productions, and managing review platforms.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in corporate, real estate, and estate planning matters.
Assist with trial preparation, assembling exhibits, creating trial binders, and coordinating witnesses and experts.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients, contributing to strategy and case management with professionalism and discretion.
Bring at least 5 years of paralegal experience and a degree or Paralegal Certificate, with proven strength in writing, organization, and multitasking.
