The Program Coordinator for Career Education will support activities aimed at integrating career development and success into undergraduate courses in CNS, to advance our core mission of fostering wellness, belonging, and success for all students. Responsibilities

Research and development: Keep up with research, activities, and ideas around career education through the literature, professional organizations, and networks. Collect, develop, and share career education activities for use in CNS courses. Participate in program data collection and analysis. Collaborate on sharing program outcomes at conferences and in published works. Program management: Coordinate day-to-day and recurring administrative duties for CNS career courses and Pre-Health Professions Certificate. Recruit and train student employees. Develop and maintain program websites and career education Canvas courses. Produce formal reports regarding progress toward program goals. Communication & collaboration: Develop and share marketing materials to promote career education programs to campus partners. Communicate and collaborate with CNS faculty, Career and Health Professions offices, advising, and other campus units to ensure integration across programs. Identify internal and external partnerships (including alumni) to support program growth and improvement. Other duties as assigned, including supporting special projects and staffing events within CNS. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in program administration or coordination. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and communicate effectively with students, staff, and faculty. Ability to collaborate effectively with various academic and professional departments. Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with learning management systems such as Canvas or Blackboard. Experience with student enrollment processes, survey tools like Qualtrics, promotional and/or web design. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with UT-specific applications and student enrollment processes is preferred. Ability to conduct basic research and data analysis. Salary Range

$55,000 + depending on qualifications Working Conditions
