Providing mental health consultation to DCF Social Workers to ensure individualized treatment for children and families Coordinating treatment progress to ensure the fulfillment of the agency mission Consulting and collaborating with community partners to improve the delivery of services Providing support to DCF Social Workers both in the field and in meetings Providing referrals for services Role Details
Location: Hartford, CT PCN: 146037 Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, first shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. About Us

General Experience: One (1) year of experience as a licensed clinical social worker. Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing clinical services to children and families with complex psychiatric profiles Experience providing clinical case management with community systems of care Experience implementing evidence-based practice in a multidisciplinary team Experience treating children and families with complex trauma Experience assessing and treating children and adolescents with developmental disability, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or complex diagnostic profiles Special Requirements
Must possess and retain a license to practice clinical social work Eligibility for participation in federal health care programs May require knowledge of sign language and Spanish in designated positions May require to travel Selection and Application
