Our client is seeking an experienced
Personal Assistant
to provide high-touch, white-glove support to a dynamic, ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) CEO overseeing multiple businesses across hospitality, spirits, mining, manufacturing, and investments. This individual will serve as the CEO’s right hand, delivering exceptional professional and personal support.
The role includes managing complex scheduling, cross-venture coordination, travel, high-profile engagements, luxury hospitality, and personal logistics — all with discretion, precision, and resourcefulness. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, thinks ahead, and continually seeks ways to improve processes and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex domestic and international travel, events, and offsites
Cultivate and maintain relationships with luxury service providers, venues, hotels, and vendors
Coordinate executive-level hospitality, including private dinners, investor meetings, and brand activations
Ensure all engagements reflect the highest standards of service, professionalism, and confidentiality
Coordinate personal logistics, including family travel, errands, and special projects
Oversee personal scheduling and commitments with discretion and attention to detail
Provide adaptable support in both structured and dynamic environments
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience providing executive or personal support in UHNW, family office, or founder-led environments
Demonstrated expertise in luxury travel planning, event coordination, and relationship management
Exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence
Highly proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently
Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and hospitality
