In this role, you will provide essential support to executives and team members, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and meetings.
Organize and prioritize emails and correspondence for quick responses.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Facilitate communication between team members and external contacts.
Handle travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
