In this highly strategic role, you will partner with the Chief Client Officer (CCO) to define client needs and go-to-market strategies, analyze the market, build insightful thesis on Clearwater's competitive position, assist sales efforts, engage with strategic clients, and develop go-to-market content. The role covers all segments within the market (strategic, enterprise, commercial) and major geographies such as North America and EMEA. Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment management solutions in the Asset Management market to identify growth opportunities and threats for Clearwater\'s product portfolio. Publish an annual strategy-style market analysis report and identify collateral, strategies, and go-to-market motions to address barriers and capitalize on opportunities. Solution Map/Blueprint: Create solution blueprints covering front to back office and enabling technologies (data management, integrations, document portals). Identify 2–3 competitive players in each area and 2–3 target partners or acquisition targets; publish and update yearly. Build/Buy/Partner Strategy: Collaborate with CCO, CRO, and CPO to plan long-term product strategy (build) and identify potential buy/partnership opportunities. Engage with head of MP&A to identify prospect partners, acquisitions, and alliances; participate in due diligence of target companies. Client Engagement and Sales Support: Support key deals and strategic clients, build relationships with stakeholders, and host product advisory boards in NA and EMEA with client executives, working with CPO and CCO. Sales Analysis: Analyze why Clearwater wins or loses deals and what drives future wins; produce a biannual analysis of differentiators and investment needs for the product roadmap. Thought Leadership: Communicate with client buyers, influencers, and analysts; publish thought leadership content and engage in industry events and analyst conversations. Go-To-Market Content Development: Produce market collateral, industry value propositions, and an integrated product deck. Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to refresh assets (datasheets, demos) at least semi-annually or with major product launches. Qualifications

15+ years of experience in investment management and accounting solutions in the Asset Management market, from an investment technology provider, consultant, or as a business leader overseeing one or more functions at a mid-sized or larger asset manager. A combination of experiences is a plus. Experience managing large-scale global clients and diverse, multi-locational servicing teams. Experience in more than one functional domain of investment accounting (required): regulatory reporting, operations, front office/investments, and large technology implementation projects. Insights into industry challenges such as regional regulations or changing investment allocations; point of view on current technology vendors for investment management. Excellent relationship-building abilities with internal and external parties; ability to influence executives and senior leaders via diplomacy and tact. Strong written, oral, and presentation skills; ability to present to CXOs and their directs. Data-driven, analytical, and able to create market models, decks, and documents. Hands-on mindset with ability to develop own market models and client-facing content. B.S. in Finance, Business, or a technical field such as Computer Science; MBA is a plus.
